1. Vexillologist: (vek-si-LOL-uh-jist)(vexillum-means a military standard or banner):"ध्वजविज्ञ"(dhvajvigya)  a person who studies, collects, and has a strong interest in flags.

Example: The conference on flag design and symbolism attracted numerous experts from around the world, including renowned vexillologists who shared their research and insights with the attendees.


2. Connivance: ("सांगठन" or "मिलीभगत.") the act of secretly and often deliberately cooperating or conspiring with someone to accomplish a wrongful, illegal, or unethical purpose. It implies a willingness to overlook or ignore wrongdoing, often for personal gain or advantage.

Example: if a manager is aware that employees are engaging in embezzlement but does nothing to stop it because they are benefiting from a share of the stolen money, that could be considered connivance.

3. Thwart: ("विफल करना" or "रोकना.") to prevent, hinder, or obstruct the accomplishment of a plan, goal, or intention. When you thwart something, you are actively working to stop it from happening or to make it unsuccessful.

Example: The security measures in place thwarted the attempted robbery.

4. Inundated: ("बहुत अधिक मात्रा में डूबा हुआ" or "बहुतायत से भरा हुआ.") a situation where someone or something is overwhelmed or flooded with a large amount of something, such as information, tasks, requests, or emotions. It implies that there is an excessive or overwhelming quantity of something, often to the point where it becomes difficult to manage or deal with.

Example: After the celebrity posted a new video, her social media accounts were inundated with comments and messages.

5. Faltered: (किसी व्यक्ति या चीज़ का सामर्थ्य या महत्व गिर जाना) to stumble, waver, or lose strength or momentum. It can refer to a person's physical movement, such as stumbling while walking, or to the weakening of progress or confidence in a particular situation.

Example: His confidence faltered as he stood before the large audience, causing his voice to shake during the presentation.


6. Cagier: ("सतर्क" या "सावधान") someone who is more cautious, wary, or shrewd in their actions or decisions, often due to a sense of suspicion or a desire to avoid potential risks or negative outcomes.


Example: Knowing the history of failed investments in the market, he became cagier about where he put his money, conducting thorough research before making any financial decisions.


7. Cadaver: (शव) a dead human body, especially one intended for dissection or medical examination. It's a formal and clinical term often used in medical contexts.


Example: The medical students were instructed to study the cadaver in their anatomy class.


8. Dearth: "कमी" (kami) or "अभाव" (abhav) a scarcity or shortage of something, especially something essential or valuable.


Example: There was a dearth of fresh vegetables in the market due to the prolonged drought.


9. Fathom: "समझना" (samajhna) or "गहराई तक समझना" (gahraai tak samajhna) to understand or comprehend something deeply.


Example: It's hard to fathom why he made such a decision without discussing it with anyone.


10. Grumble: "शिकायत करना" (shikaayat karna) or "ग़ुस्सा दिखाना" (gussa dikhana) expressing dissatisfaction or discontent in a low, rumbling manner, often through murmuring or complaining.


Example: He would often grumble about the long working hours, feeling that they were too demanding.
